Record Time.

Well, we're hard at work on it. The new album is well underway and sounding great. I am so excited for what it is becoming. It looks like it will have 13 brand new tracks, and one I've been doing live for years, Pain and Misery. Recording with Walt Wilkins and Tim Lorsch has been an absolute pleasure, and I think what we are going to put out is going to be a real honest look at who I am, and where I am right now. We're shooting for a late summer release right now, and it looks that shouldn't be a problem.

I've been gigging everything that is going to be on the album lately, and I have to say thanks to all of you who have been coming out and supporting the stripped down show. I have really enjoyed playing them and the response and support has been fantastic, great things are in store for us.

I heard from Seth the other day, he said he didn't know what they had done right, but they were allowed some phone time. He called to say he was doing well and was enjoying boot camp, to the extent one can enjoy such an endeavor. I don't have his address right now, but will get it soon and put it up in case anyone wants to send a word of encouragement. I know he would greatly appreciate it.

Life is good in Austin, between the album and gigging my plate has been extremely full. I did however take time to enjoy some March Madness and am happy to report that I won my basketball pool. Go Gators! I've been in pools since middle school and this was my first win, I must say, it felt good to win.

I can't wait for Cancun, for those of you joining us; we're going to have a great time. For those who aren't, we'll take lots of pictures.

If you're reading this, you've obviously seen the new site. Keep coming back for news and dates. We're going to be busy this summer and the new album will be ready soon. Until then…

Josh
