JOSH GRIDER - DATES

Monday, December 05, 2005

Hello.

It was quite a weekend, thanks to Stoney Larue and Brandon Rhyder for letting us open that show for them in C.S. That was our first time at the Hall of Fame and thanks to all of you who showed up early. Wild times everytime in College Station. The fact that it was my brother's b-day didn't calm things down any. Happy Birthday Chris.

I don't talk much about my family, but I must say I was lucky to have two great brothers. For those of you lucky enough to know either Chris or Matt or both, you know exactly what I mean.

Well since I last blogged, "Mama", climbed all the way to #10 and this day has dropped one spot to #11. However, it was played more times last week than it ever has been, so it's not a total loss. People have been calling and emailing their condolences to me. We're still cool, and just because it dropped a spot doesn't mean it might not go back up a bit. And please, don't worry about me. I am proud as pie that "Mama" did as well as it did. It has, and continues to open doors and provide opportunities for me I have been waiting for.

While we're talking about singles, we are currently trying to decide what the next one should be. Please give us your thoughts on the guestbook, or on the new myspace page (www.myspace.com/webmail). I have my theories, but I'd like to hear yours....tell me your secrets, I'll tell you mine (ha ha).

In other fantastic news, Chicago continued their winning streak by beating the Packers in Chicago for the first time since '93. That defense is awesome to watch.

If you didn't notice the calendar is already starting to fill for next year. Keep your eyes peeled for a new and improved website in '06 also.

I hope everyone is well and, as always, I look forward to seeing you guys out at shows soon. Take it easy, and enjoy this wonderful time of year. Remember why we celebrate it, and don't be afraid to say the word Christmas!

Josh
